Billing Information – Please Read ~
The charge on your statement will appear as
BAC SERVICES.
If you have any questions about your billing you can
contact us as bacservices@verizon.net
or call 1-866-606-7070 (leave message).
There
is a $60 authorization that will block funds to charge the actual
amount of the call against unless you request otherwise.
It sometimes takes your
bank 2 to 5 days from the time the
call is billed to drop the authorization amount from your statement;
sorry
for this inconvenience, but this is beyond our control.
~ Cost ~
There is
a $20 minimum charge, $2.00 per minute thereafter for US Callers;
$30
minimum, $3.00 per minute thereafter for
Canada and International Callers
Two
girl calls are double the applicable fee.
~ Now for the Ugly Part – Charge Backs ~
This does not apply
to honest customers who honor their purchases –
this only applies to dishonest people that have no intentions
of
paying for their purchase.
If
you CHARGE BACK a call(s) you will be blocked from calling
our service. Furthermore charge backs
will void all discretions of privacy -
you will be contacted to inquire as to why you
Charged back the call - there will
be several attempts.
On the third attempt in conjunction with calling, we will send out a letter requesting that you pay for your purchase.
If we do receive payment from you within 10 days of mailing out the letter your information will be provided to a COLLECTION
AGENCY, this will have a detrimental effect on your credit standing. Users of Stolen Credit
Cards please take note – we will work with your local law enforcement to assist them in prosecuting
you to the
fullest extent of the law.
Adult Services are not illegal, they are age restricted –

do not be callous about your purchase – we aren’t
